Our Commitment to Quality
At FlashFetch, we work diligently to ensure each product we provide is of top-notch quality and is delivered in a timely manner throughout the UK.
If for any reason you would like to request a refund or replacement, please contact us at support@flashfetch.co.uk and follow our guidelines below.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify an order (change of colour, size) or cancel your order completely, please note that you have 5 hours to do so after completing your checkout. We cannot accommodate order modifications after this 5-hour window has elapsed. Should you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you need to change your shipping address, please note that we can do this within 2 days after you have completed your order.
Eligibility for Replacements and Returns
You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We ensure each product you receive is in top condition. Refunds and replacements are provided if they meet the following criteria:
- The product is flawed or defective
- The product is of poor quality
- The product comes in a different design compared to what was presented on the website
- The following information of the product is not the same as the order: type, size, colour, material
Please note that if you made an incorrect choice of size, this is not covered by our refund and replacement policies. We recommend checking our sizing chart carefully before placing your order to avoid selecting the wrong size.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Low-Quality Products
In the case of damaged or low-quality products, we offer refunds and replacements for the following reasons:
- The product has poor design or quality
- You received a different size from the preferences you have chosen
- You received a different product from what you originally ordered from the site
To process your claim, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo that shows the item is incorrect, the quality has been compromised, or there is damage to the product you received.
Size and Colour Exchanges
We provide exchanges for smaller or larger sizes than your original item(s). You will only need to pay shipping and handling fees for exchanges. We will send you a breakdown of these fees via email.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know by sending us a message.
Return Process
We accept returned products that meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of receipt
- In original condition
- Unwashed and unworn
- In original packaging
To initiate a return:
- Contact us first at support@flashfetch.co.uk to get your return approved
- Pack the items to be returned along with a printed copy of your proof of purchase
- Send the items to our UK warehouse (full address will be provided after approval)
- Provide us with the tracking number from Royal Mail or your chosen courier
After receiving your tracking information, please forward it to support@flashfetch.co.uk.
You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your items. You will then be notified whether your request has been approved or rejected.
Return Shipping Cost
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. In some cases, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
