Please Note: Handling and Production Time are not included in the estimated shipping time. Delivery time comprises both handling and transit.

When will my order be shipped?

After you check out, your information will go through a verification process. Note that unless we have verified the details you sent, your order can be cancelled. This verification process ensures we have all the information we need from you. If anything of concern arises, we will send you an email. Please respond promptly. There might be delays to your shipment when incomplete details are provided. The verification process takes 1-2 days, after which we will send an email notice with your tracking number.

Can I have a tracking number?

We send tracking numbers via email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don't hear from us within 3 days of your order, please send us an email at support@flashfetch.co.uk so we can provide the needed details to you.

Some of my orders are missing. What should I do next?

Due to the volume of items shipped, your packages may be sent in different batches. Don't worry – they will all arrive to your UK address. Should there be any issues, please contact us immediately.

I am not getting email updates. What's wrong?

Most of the time, this problem is due to customers providing incorrect email addresses or our messages being filtered to spam folders. Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please send us a message so we can correct the error.

How about the verification process?

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorised and verified. Orders are immediately processed after verification. Please make any changes or request updates before verification is complete.
